To offer a more flexible, reliable, and efficient housing selection process for incoming students, faculty, staff, and postdocs, Columbia Residential partnered with Columbia Facilities and Operations IT (CUFO IT) to integrate the housing selection process into the resident Housing Portal and expand the timeline for waitlisted applicants. 

Columbia Residential partnered with its off-campus housing site provider Rent College Pads to host a virtual off-campus housing fair, providing students who are considering living off-campus with tips on finding an apartment, answers to frequently asked questions, and details on how to use the Off-Campus Housing Marketplace site for finding an apartment, posting a sublet, and searching for roommates.
