Our Mission
Columbia Residential manages housing for approximately 8,000 members of the University community, including graduate students, faculty, staff, postdocs, and select undergraduates.
With approximately 150 buildings across the Morningside Heights, Manhattanville, and surrounding neighborhoods, we are committed to providing safe, convenient, and well-maintained accommodations—along with responsive support whenever residents need it.
