Our Mission
Columbia Residential manages housing for over 8,000 members of the University community, including graduate students, faculty, staff, postdocs, and select undergraduates.
With more than 150 buildings across the Morningside Heights, Manhattanville, and surrounding neighborhoods, we are committed to providing safe, convenient, and well-maintained accommodations—along with responsive support whenever residents need it.
