The half-day town hall included a presentation by directors on Residential’s operational improvements in the last year including updating the website to include profiles for each building with important information; updating the housing selection process to make it easier to find and book housing; optimizing apartment turnover process to make the process more efficient, cost-saving and sustainable; establishing a “showroom” process to improve the renovation process; and producing a series of educational webinars for residents to ask questions about transferring, subletting, among other topics.
“I am proud of the work the Residential team has done together in working towards our mission of becoming a customer-centric asset management organization,” said Associate Vice President of Residential Diego Rivera. “Our goal moving forward is to develop, maintain, and enhance resources in the most cost-effective manner, always keeping our customers in mind.”
