Mail and Packages

A resident's mailing address is their apartment address. Mail must be addressed directly to a resident to ensure that the carrier is able to complete delivery. Mail and packages cannot be accepted prior to a resident's move-in.

In buildings without a door attendant, please note that package delivery should be arranged for a time when the resident is available to receive it. Building staff are unable to receive packages for residents, as there is no secure package room in most buildings. For more information on steps residents can take to keep packages secure, please review Public Safety's tips. Mail and packages cannot be received for a resident prior to the move in date.

Columbia Residential cannot keep or forward mail received for former residents. Please contact United States Postal Service to arrange for mail forwarding after move-out.
