517 West 121st Street, also known as New Residence Hall at Teachers College, is home to undergraduate students in the School of General Studies and graduate students in the Graduate School of Arts & Sciences, who are eligible for Columbia Residential. Residents live in private apartments with private bathrooms in the building, which is conveniently located in the Morningside Heights area. Teachers College students and short-term guests also live in the building.
