Residency Verifications | Faculty & Postdocs

A resident verification letter, also known as a proof of residency letter, is a formal document, often issued by a landlord or property manager, that confirms a person's residency at a specific address.

Residency Verifications can be downloaded from the Housing Portal on the Tenant Profile tab. The letter includes:

  • Name of the tenant of record (only)
  • Address
  • Agreement start & end dates
  • Monthly rent
