Chih Chen

Chih Chen is Director of Asset Management at Columbia Residential, where she works closely with the Operations team and partners across the department to advance innovation, process improvement, customer service, and the preservation and enhancement of Columbia Residential’s properties.

Chih brings extensive property management experience to the role, along with a background in the hospitality industry that shapes her approach to customer service and her work with residents and staff. She joined Columbia Residential in 2022 as a Portfolio Manager, overseeing properties that required a strong client service focus. In that role, she led a number of complex projects and became known as a collaborative leader who brings colleagues and building teams together around shared goals. She continues to bring that leadership and commitment to Columbia Residential’s mission to her current role.
