Viewing a Housing Offer
Prospective residents who select housing and receive a housing offer may schedule a unit viewing through the Housing Portal.
To schedule an appointment, residents should:
- Log into the Housing Portal
- Navigate to Housing Assignment
- Select an available viewing appointment.
Please note:
- Viewings are available only after the units "Earliest Available Move-In Date" reflected in the Housing Portal.
- Units that are occupied, under construction, or not yet ready for occupancy cannot be viewed.
- Viewings are available Monday–Friday between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM (excluding holidays, evenings, and weekends).
- Same-day appointments cannot be accommodated.
- If your desired timeslot is unavailable, select the next available.
Once an appointment is scheduled, an email confirmation will be sent with details on where to meet building staff at the scheduled time.
Proxy
If a prospective resident is unable to attend the viewing in person, they may designate a proxy to view the unit on their behalf. The proxy’s name and contact information must be provided when scheduling the appointment.
Prospective residents of Teachers College’s New Residence Hall (517 West 121st Street) and Union Theological Seminary’s Hastings Hall (3041 Broadway) must contact their building staff directly to schedule a viewing appointment:
