Emergency maintenance requests should be submitted by calling (212) 854-2222. The Facilities Service Center is staffed 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
Directors of Asset Management and Portfolio Managers are responsible for overseeing and ensuring the efficient operation of all residential building. They work with superintendents, building staff and contractors to provide the best possible service to all residents. If residents have a special problem that the building Superintendent has not been able to correct, please contact them directly.
