Modifications to Units
Residents may not make modifications, build into, or alter their unit in any way without prior written approval from Columbia Residential. This helps ensure the safety, integrity, and comfort of our residential community.
Prohibited Items
For safety and building maintenance reasons, the following items are not permitted in Columbia Residential housing:
- Dishwashers
- Clothes washing or drying machines
- Electric stoves
- Garbage disposal units
- Heating or ventilating units
- Any electrical equipment that may overload the building’s wiring
- Water-filled furniture
