Wendy Ortiz

Wendy Ortiz is a Leasing Assistant, providing administrative support for the Columbia Residential Leasing team. She distributes faculty housing renewal packages, handles statutory resident succession cases and manages rent stabilized processing. With almost a decade of experience, she is in tune with resident needs and provides a high level of support. Wendy enjoys spending her free time with her husband and two beautiful daughters.
