Building common areas are treated by an exterminating company at least once per month, and apartments are treated by request. Residents who would like to request pest control services in their apartment should submit a maintenance request, either online or by calling the Facilities Service Center at (212) 854-2222. Depending on the urgency of the issue, treatment may be scheduled for the monthly treatment date.
The University encourages all residents to have their apartments treated at least every other month. If the exterminator has been treating the apartment and pest problems continue – or to make a special request – please submit a maintenance request.
