Residents must comply with all present and future city, state and federal laws and regulations, with all rules listed in the housing agreement, and any future reasonable rules. Residents are responsible for their own behavior, their immediate family, and any visiting guests.
Residents are required to comply with the legitimate request of a University official acting in the performance of their duty.
Students: failure to comply may result in the matter being reported to Student Conduct and Community Standards.
